About the project
With Gojek announcing their commitment to being zero waste by 2030, it was important to quickly act upon that statement. 

Challenge
Initiating a bottom up initiative regarding zero waste to be incorporated in the Gojek app. I was project manager for a team of 6 people and worked outside my scope as a UX illustrator.

Approach
Food delivery & takeout produces a lot of waste, whether from the packaging, food remains and cooking ingredients. With Gojek’s zero waste commitment, the question “how might Gojek minimize the waste that ends up in the environment?” came to mind.

Outcome
Creating a workshop with various teams to come up with a prioritized list of initiatives/ features/ improvements which we then identified their potential impacts.
