With Gojek announcing their commitment to being zero waste by 2030, it was important to quickly act upon that statement. Initiating a bottom up initiative regarding zero waste to be incorporated in the Gojek app. I was project manager for a team of 6 people and worked outside my scope as a UX illustrator.
A bottom up initiative that came to the team’s attention when the a blind Gojek user on social media raised his concern on how inaccessible the app is. From there, the Driver Platform team went on running a couple of studies with customers and drivers to deep dive on the issue.
Creating a chatbot to help users with their tasks (such as onboarding, reminder for bills, help center) within the Gojek app. With the use of a Jeklin, it can provide a more delightful experience, create a stronger sense of relation between Gojek and its users, as well as maximizing the delivery of the message to the user.
